3️⃣Hip Thrust- Drop Set 20 Reps with heaviest DB, Drop Weight 20 more reps, drop again and end with another 20 reps) 60 total reps back to back boo break! 2 sets!!! 4️⃣Standing Cable Hydrants- 3 Sets of 20 and increase weight each time! .
