Core is feeling stronger and stronger which is helping all of my other lifts as well! After the hanging knee raises I attempted hanging leg raises and managed to get my legs up half way. Couldn’t even do that a few weeks ago. Progress is progress and I’ll take it
Had a form focused training sesh the other day 💪🏼 I love taking the time to focus just on my form every once in while and I wanted to do it now that my training is about to get more intense and I will be focusing on gaining lots of strength as well. I also did back squats instead of front squats for the first time in forever 😳 Felt so easy yet so weird at the same time! Anyways these exercises are a couple of my favorites. I love Romanian DLs so much and hip thrusts are by far in my opinion the best glute exercise ever! I like to do them heavy and adding a resistance band makes it so much more challenging 🔥😭 Hope you’re all having a great day!!
