It’s Leg Day Time!🍑🤗 Looking for more booty and leg exercises to tone and shape your glutes, hamstrings and quads? TAG your friends that want those sexy summer legs and Try these killer exercises😉👍🏼 Here’s my top 4 booty and leg exercises I love doing and have noticed a huge change in my legs since I’ve been consistently doing them at least twice a week❤️🍑
🔥Add resistance bands for that extra burn🔥
👉🏼Deadlifts… I’m doing straight leg here but also live RDLs. Same thing, back flat, knees bent a little. Form is very important so you don’t injure yourself.
👉🏼Smith machine sissy squats. You can either hold a weighted plate in your hands and squat or use a barbell to add difficulty. Much harder than they look😅😅
👉🏼Good mornings… Keep knees slightly bent and back flat, head up and lower. You will feel the burn in your hamstrings.
👉🏼In and out jump squats. You can superset these in with hip thrusts, front squats, kickbacks.
