Did these 3 exercises in a lil circuit after my leg session the other day. Was a struggle cause my legs were already jelly 😩 –
Reverse lunge to knee up jump
Mountain climbers
Side lunge to leg raise

Pulled my hamstring a lil while ago while I was stretching (pushed myself way too hard lol 😭) it healed pretty quick with rest but had to take it easy for a while ! So super light work and high reps it is! These are always killer tho. Focus on controlling the movement & SQUEEZING that booty ladies
