Since I can’t lay on my belly I do like this instead 🙊 Today’s session: * 12 sets of Hack squats ( 130 kg super set with abductor machine to failure)
* 6 sets of belt squats
* 3 sets of cable squats
* 2 sets of kick backs with resistance bands
* 2 sets of one leg hip thrusts with resistance band ( MAX 2 minutes rest between the sets 🔥) #workout
