5 GLUTE VARIATIONS 🍑
These are just some of my current favourite exercises for glutes – there are LOADS more amazing glute exercises and these aren’t the “only ones” you should do! I normally always go back to sumo deadlifts, hip thrusts and glute bridges as my main ones, and then vary the others from time to time 🌝.
Please don’t do all of these in one go! It’s just a list of exercises that are super good for the🍑 not a full workout.
🌸 1. Sumo Deadlifts (literally one of my ultime favesss)
🌸 2. Resistance band kneeling hip thrust (high reps for that burnnnn)
🌸 3. Cable pull through (so fun to do)
🌸 4. Hip Thrusts (ze best booty builder)
🌸 5. Glute bridges (great for isolating the glutes)
